Fleming Mounstephen Planning is an independent planning consultancy based in Belfast Gasworks, part of the internationally-acclaimed Laganside regeneration area.

Peter Fleming and David Mounstephen, the Directors of FM Planning, are experienced Chartered Planners and provide planning consultancy services on a wide range of planning, development and regeneration projects and planning policy matters.
