Fleming Mounstephen Planning is an independent planning consultancy founded in 2007 and based in Belfast.  Peter Fleming and David Mounstephen, founding Directors of the practice, are highly experienced Chartered Planners and our objective is to deliver a committed service tailored to each client’s requirements.  We enjoy what we do and aim to guide clients and projects through the planning process to deliver successful outcomes.
